Christine Barto is President and Chief Executive Officer for United Insurance Solutions (UIS), as well as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. In her position as Chief Human Resources Officer, and with over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience and 20 years of Banking experience with demonstrated results in leading change and strategic focus, Christine leads a team professionals who drive the organization’s efforts to be a great place to work, creating opportunities for employees to develop and grow, as well as being an inclusive workplace. As President & CEO of UIS, Christine leads a team of agents who provide Home, Auto, Property & Casualty, Commercial, Medicare and Life Insurance needs.
Christine is a Certified Human Resources Generalist, a graduate of Central Atlantic Advanced School of Banking, a graduate of the Penn State Executive Program, as well as a Certified Trainer through the American Society for Training & Development.
